What I'm Listening to: Rover By Kai

    

    It's been a little over a year since Kai released his last mini album, "Peaches" in late 2021 but he's back with his 3rd mini album, "Rover". The album features 6 songs with it's main track being, "Rover", shocking I know. The song was sold to SM Entertainment by Bulgarian artist, Dara. 

    It's a good idea to listen to both songs, even though they're similar, the songs each have their own flare that showcase each of the artists talents. 

    I think this album really showed off Kai's ability to sing a variety of different styles. "Black Mirror" showed off more of his "rapping" side while "Sliding" continues to show off his vocals. I liked that this album had more of a rhythmic and danceable feel to it. This album totally gets you ready for the summer.
